1. Satu masalah ketara ialah pihak pbpt ada yang tidak berurusan secara rasmi (bersurat) tentang perkara2 yg menyebabkan 'delay' kelulusan km.

2. our KMs rejected as it's not within the time frame set , when the response / feedback from other agencies were slow

3. Sy ada satu last minute osc kluar surat tolak, tp jabtn perancang suruh print pelan utk endorsement.
Nasib baik penyudahnya, happy ending bila syabas kluarkan surat.

4. We need to hv more courtesy visit to all govt dept and cidb to inform them we are diffrn from architects and must be recognised and paid separately.

5. The current practise by most govt departments parking planners under architect should be abolished,  new system , establish moa planners direct appointment

6. d best part ada plnner yg kat pbt dah tak boleh beza bila KM layout n bila KM pendirian bangunan...this is serious

7. Ckp aje x guna, kita kena dokumen all evidents and really 'bang' those decision makers ignorant heads either to throw away d current system or change it!!

kesian my staffs coz now
1) they hv to run more than before, kejor2 authorities
2) masa submit keno bawa 'Lori' - ingatkn ada e-submission boleh save d tress, ini lagi byk pokok kena tebang!
3) time is longer n tedious, client x faham
4) we are d mercy of d officers...eg we had to wait for 4 mths just to get a simple letter...tu pun kena gi menghadap!

8. keputusan mesyuarat adalah rahsia dan tidak boleh dimaklum sehingga ydp sain minit mesyuarat

ulasan teknikal untuk diambilkira sekiranya ada pindaan kena minta direct dgn jab teknikal dan bukan osc berkaitan.

9. Client slalu kmplain km ambil masa pnjang utk lulus bbanding BP n Infra plan..smpai diorg minta mansuhkan km..
Kita kena smpaikan msg yg bnyak isu dan problem diselesaikan masa km..bnysk mesyuarat n keputusan yg perlu dibuat..

1. Utility agencies lewat bagi jawapan mencecah 3 bulan menyebabkan planner dan client naik angin
2. Utlity companies mencari sekecil alasan utk tidak mahu mbuat alasan dan memanjangkan tempoh ulasan preconsult
3.ada utility company yg tidak mahu ulas kalau  km x daftar
4.ada projek x perlu preconsult tapi terpaksa buat preconsult
5. Telah ada proses preconsult tapi ulasan utility company lepas meeting osc masih lambat
6. Ada kerja preconsult dibuat oleh TP
7. Surat preconsult lambat keluar krn birokratik
8. Ada proses preconsult diluar garispanduan osc3.0 spt kena jumpa pengarah perancang
9. client x issue appoinment letter sehingg proses preconsult selesai

10. Ada Perunding engineer x faham proses preconsult
